Standard 3 Year Australian Warranty
All chairs purchased from our website are covered by our 3 Year Australian Warranty. The warranty covers all working parts for defects (excluding castor wheels & gas lift) for a total of 3 years from date of purchase. The Warranty does not cover wear and tear. Any shipping costs incurred to send us Warranty items are not covered, however the return of items deemed faulty and repaired or replaced under Warranty, will be shipped free of charge. The product comes with guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. By purchasing directly from our website you will have direct access to our dedicated Warranty Department Team to ensure warranty claims are processed quickly.
Extended 5 Year Australian Warranty (Optional)
You have the option to extend standard warranty cover for an additional 2 years bringing total warranty period to 5 years in total. Price for extended warranty is $75.

Please note the chair must be returned in its original packaging and be free of any damage or wear and tear. The refund covers the purchase price of the Chair only and does not include delivery or return freight. Please retain the original packaging in case you decide to return your chair. If you have discarded the packaging, we can still accept a return for a 20% re-stocking fee.
