Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is secured by GoGet SSL data encryption and all credit card payments are processed via Stripe’s secure payment gateway. We never see or store your credit card details which ensures that your financial information is kept private.

How can I pay?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or with your Paypal account including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately we do not except cheques or money orders.  Bank Transfers can be accepted by contacting us at sales@ergohuman.com.au

Can I pay by Paypal?

Yes. You have the option during checkout to pay with your Paypal account.

Does prices include GST?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website are in $AUD and include 10% GST.

How do I place my order?

Simply view our range of Ergohuman chairs and click ‘Add to Basket’. You can then proceed to checkout to complete your delivery and payment details. You will instantly receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted and be updated throughout the delivery process.

Delivery Information

How much is delivery?

Delivery will differ depending on where you live. The Ergohuman chair is very heavy and requires a specialised delivery service so we are unable to offer a flat fee for all customers. You can view the delivery fee by adding an item to your cart and entering your postcode in the shipping calculator.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to despatch orders within 2 full working days from receipt of your order. The time from despatch to receipt varies depending upon your location. Sydney is normally 1-3 working days, Melbourne 3-5 working days and Brisbane/Adelaide 4-7 working days.  Perth is normally up to 10 working days. We provide tracking information where these are available from the Carrier. Where they are not available we provide email updates.  Delays can occur with Carriers due to adverse weather, abnormal volumes, COVID 19 etc and are beyond our control.  We will do everything we can to manage these situations and to expedite delivery. Once despatched, any cancellation of an order will incur cancellation charges at cost.

Do you offer pick up?

Generally we do not offer collection or pick up. It can be organised by prior arrangement from our Logistics Centre in Minto NSW 2566. However there will be a handling charge that is lower than the normal shipping charges.

Do you deliver to PO BOXES?

An Ergohuman Chair comes in a carton that weighs over 30kgs and is approx. a third of a cubic metre. This is well beyond the max weight and dimension restrictions imposed by the Post Office.

Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers?

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

Warranty Information

What is the Standard Warranty?

All chairs purchased directly from our website are covered by our 3 Year Australian Warranty. The Warranty covers all working parts for defects (excluding arm-pads, castor wheels & gas lift) for a total of 3 years from date of purchase. The Warranty is available to the original purchaser only, is not transferable and does not cover wear and tear or damage.  The Warranty is not an on-site Warranty and may require components of the Chair to be shipped to Ergohuman for repair or replacement.  Where a repair or replacement of a part can be installed by the User, with their agreement, these will be delivered with instructions for installation. Any shipping costs incurred to send us Warranty items are not covered, however the return of items deemed faulty and repaired or replaced under Warranty, will be shipped free of charge.  By purchasing directly from our website you will have direct access to our dedicated Warranty Department Team to ensure warranty claims are processed quickly. The product comes with guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What is the 5 Year Extended Australian Warranty?

You have the option to extend standard warranty cover for an additional 2 years bringing total warranty period to 5 years in total. Extended warranty cover is an additional $75.

How do I make a warranty repair?

Ergohuman Australia is here to handle all your warranty repairs. We have a dedicated warranty support team that will assist you with any warranty work that needs to be undertaken. Simply complete our warranty claim form and our team will contact you with further instructions.

What is the 60 day money back guarantee?

We offer our customers (original purchaser) a no questions asked 60 day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase simply return your chair for a full refund on the purchase price of the Chair. Please note that the chair must be returned in its original packaging, be clean and be free of any damage or wear and tear. The refund is for the Chair only and does not include delivery or the return shipping costs.  The return shipping will be at actual cost and may be higher than the delivery charges.  Please retain the original packaging in case you decide to return your chair. If you have discarded the packaging, we can still accept a return for a 20% re-stocking fee.
