Adjustable 5D Armrest
Now with Tilt-Up on the Front Section of the arm-rest where the front angles upward to support your forearm when using a mobile device. This is in addition to height, width, angle and forward adjustments.

Elastic Lumbar Support
The Lumbar support has variable tension control from soft to strong tension according to your preference. The Lumbar Support retains flexibility to be responsive to your movements providing lateral support as you adjust your seating position.

Forward Tilt Function
The back-rest can now adjust forward of vertical to support your back when typing or reading. This will suit those who like a forward seating position while working at a desk.

Back-rest Height
There is now greater adjustability in the back-rest height with a range of 65mm and 6 locking positions. This provides a greater range of locking positions to optimise for different heights.

The Ergohuman 2
The Ergohuman 2 replaces the Elite V2 and is the first re-design from the ground up of the Ergohuman Chair for over 10 years. Building on the strengths of the existing design, the Ergohuman 2 incorporates the latest innovations and thinking in ergonomic seating.

Back Support
One of the main sources of discomfort or pain when sitting in an Office Chair is from the back and lower Lumbar area. By seperating the lower lumbar and upper back support, these operate independently of each other to promote improved support in the right place.

Lumbar Adjustment

The Lumbar support is now adjustable for firmness with 6 settings between soft and firm. Now you can find your preferred level of firmness and support.

Backrest Height Adjustment
The Backrest now has 6 positions for backrest height. Finding the right height is important to finding a healthy seating posture. You can adjust the height of the backrest to a position that feels right for you.

Elastomeric Mesh
A new generation in Mesh technology, our Elastomer Mesh has improved elasticity for comfort and improved hand feel.
Mesh provides air flow for coolness and comfort while being tough and durable.

Improved Tension Control
Free tilt or locked, its a matter of preference. Free tilt enables you to sit forward or recline without having to de-activate the tilt lock. Using the tension control, you can select between 8kg and 12kg of resistance.

Find the right seat position
Finding the right seat position is very important for comfort and health. The seat should support your legs but not put pressure behind your knees. Slide the seat to the correct position to support your legs.

Lean back and relax
It is recommended to change seating position on a regular basis to reduce fatigue. Lean back, lock in your favourite position and relax while zooming or reading. There are 4 locking positions between upright and a recline to 141 degrees.

Forward Tilt now here
New to Ergohuman, you can now lean forward with full back and seat support. The back and seat tilt in synchronisation. The back tilts forward 6 degrees and the seat tilts 2 degrees to support a forward seating position.

5 Way Armrest Adjustment
Introducing a new innovation to support your forearm while using a Mobile Device. The front section of the Armrest now tilts upward under your forearm from the elbow to reduce fatigue.

Excellent chair. Moved up from a typical bucket racing style chair and immediately noticed the difference. Arrived exactly 1 week after placing the order in a well padded box with no damage to the main box or sub boxes containing the parts. It would appear the flaws of the original model have been solved with this latest model.

- The ability to tweak lumbar pressure, adjust where your shoulders rest and and tweak how far the seat juts in or out allow for an ideal fit.
- The arm rests are highly adjustable and the foam is nice and dense
- The mesh is firm and not as abrasive as cheaper meshes (bear in mind that a full mesh chair will accumulate dust quite easily underneath the seat)
- Build quality compared to all the office chairs I've sat in over the years is great and the aluminium frame gives it a robust elegance to it. (I did get the free wheel upgrade as well, far better than the usual cheap black plastic ones which also came in the box but are unused).
- The mesh allows your back to breathe and you won't feel as sweaty compared to a full padded fabric chair or a PU upholstered one on a hot Sydney day.

The mesh distributes your mass nicely and I no longer feel my backside after 8-9 hours of sitting (obviously move around every hour!) compared to my old chair or the ones in the work office. (sample period of 3 weeks of sitting at the time of this review)
Obviously this chair is far pricier than any Officeworks thing but when you divide the total cost over the 5 year warranty period it looks a lot more reasonable, especially when you consider that the only things that bear your weight this long on a daily basis is your bed and your shoes, and you won't ruin your back trying to save a buck.

For a sizing reference point, I'm 175cm, 73kg with a wide chest so I really appreciate no longer having the bucket style chair forcing my shoulders to curve inward.

Perfect chair

It's expensive, but realistically you do get what you pay for. The adjustability of every component let me get the perfect setup that left my back feeling incredible after a full day of use.

Comfortable and adjustable

This chair has met my expectations, in that it can be customised through the adjustability of all components to provide a high level of comfort.

Excellent Chair

After much research I purchased this chair even i though it was a bit expensive. After 2-3 weeks of use I think it is great. Very comfortable with all the support just in the right places. Really reduced the aches and pains. Simple to assemble and looks good with a very good finish. Looking forward to a long time of use.

Awesome Product

WFH has got so much improvement to be honest. I think my back and body appreciate this chair. Although it has a steep price tag, it is worth so much more because of the comfort for long hours of work seems so bearable.
It is easy to assemble as well which took me about like 15 minutes to assemble. If you can't lift heavy though, you might need a hand because the base of chair is heavy.
I'm %150 happy with Ergo chair as I have tried multiple chairs from around the place or online and all of them increased my back pain after a while. This chair and its support including its adjustments is absolutely phenomenal.
