What is the difference between V1 and V2?
The Ergohuman V1 (also know as STANDARD) is the original of the Ergohuman range. The Ergohuman V2 (also known as the PLUS) is the second generation of chairs from Ergohuman. The V2 or PLUS has two chair models in the range which is the ELITE and the LUXURY.

How much is delivery?
Delivery will differ depending on where you live. The Ergohuman chair is very heavy and requires a specialised delivery service so we are unable to offer a flat fee for all customers. You can view the delivery fee by adding an item to your cart and entering your postcode in the shipping calculator.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order. Normal delivery times apply from Sydney, NSW.
Do you offer pick up?
No. Due to the size and weight of each box we do not allow pick up.

What does the 10 year factory warranty cover?
Ergohuman’s 10 year factory warranty covers (original purchaser) all working parts (excluding castor wheels) for a period of 10 years from date of purchase.
How do I make a warranty repair?
We have a dedicated warranty support team that will assist you with any warranty work that needs to be undertaken. Simply complete our warranty claim form and our team will contact you with further instructions.
What is the 60 day money back guarantee?
The 60 day money back guarantee is exclusive to Ergohuman Australia customers. We offer our customers (original purchaser) a no risk 60 day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase simply return your chair for a full refund on the purchase price, no questions asked. Please note chair must be returned in its original packaging and be free of any damage.
